This is Layman who is 11, her smile and love was infectious. She had webbed feet making it difficult to walk. We operated on her releasing her fused toes. Before she went to sleep she asked if we could take a picture signing the 'I love you' sign for all the donors and supporters.

Ali Ahmed Al Hussain was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate. Our surgical team met Baby Ali for his cleft lip surgery, and his cleft palate surgery a year later. His mother expressed delightfully how her son has been reaching all his developmental milestones and is able to eat and sleep well.
